Upon recieving your 3 items, we call you to confirm it arrived. We will be in constant contact with you to answer any questions you may have or in need of "puppy coaching" throughtout the puppys life. Upon recieving the 3 items mentioned- we need to schedule a day for your puppy to be picked up or shipping date. Once puppy is safely in your arms, this completes the the adoption or purchase process.
